MitraStar started a project named “Power to Chang: Plant a Green Seed” that consists of a series of activities to remind employees and their family members of the current situation of our environment and how to do our own share to preserve it.

The activities include “Green Market”, tree planting, lights off on Earth Day for one hour, promoting house plants in offices, knowing plants around the company campus, experiencing rice field works and sponsoring rice productions.

Through participating farm works in the Nanpu community, MitraStar colleagues learned every step of rice farming from seeding to harvesting; this not only allowed them to know where our precious food comes from, but also elevated their awareness to the importance of a pollution-free environment.
